Requirements analysis is one of the most important parts of enterprise informationization. The core issue of requirements analysis is that how to transform business requirements into system requirements correctly, and analysis pattern is an important method to solve this issue. This paper proposes "a pattern of system requirements analysis in MSS" (PSRAM), and an application example for ERP system planning was given to illustrate this analysis pattern.Firstly, the background of research and related theories is expatiated, and current issues and problems in traditional requirements analysis method are listed. Secondly, the features of management business and supporting system are analyzed to abstract the entity concepts and entity-relationship of requirements analysis process by utilizing MDA (Multi-Dimensions Analysis) and BSP (Business System Planning). Then, the fundamental structure and overall structure for the PSRAM are proposed, and concepts structures of three main viewpoints are specified. Finally, the application of the PSRAM for ERP system planning in telecom enterprise is utilized to prove that the PSRAM is reasonable and practicable. The PSRAM proposed in the paper enriches and evolves traditional theory in requirements analysis, and is a general-purpose and extensible reference concepts structure for requirements analysis.
