With the increasing popularization and extensive application of E-commerce, the traditional enterprise development platform is now facing flinty chanllenges. Because of the complex internal logic of E-commerce, the rigorous security demand and the quick changes of the commercial form, the development platform should provide enough complexity and flexibility to adapt the demand of E-commerce. In order to adapt this kind of demand, J2EE appears and makes itself perfect step by step. J2EE is a kind of architecture which is proposed by Sun Corporation in order to simplify the development and the deployment of the enterprise solution and manage related complex questions by using Java 2 platform. J2EE has provided the good mechanism in the way of building the expandable,flexible and easily maintained E-commerce platform.With the increasing number of users and the Contact increasingly rich, old-fashioned telephone call center can no longer meet the needs of customer service, especially in the rapidly changing internet today. The use of telephone and workstation traditional old-fashioned call center has basically changed the basic customer contact center. J2EE-based customer contact center applications integrated management system is customer-centric, multi-channel, one-stop, high efficiency, so as to enhance marketing of multimedia services seats application platform, is a special system designed for the customer contact center.Now the use of computers has been applied to the economic and social life in various fields, so that the original old management methods are not suited for social development. Many people still remain in the previous manual. This is greatly hindered the economic development of mankind.In order to adapt to modern society was highly strong concept of time, staff training management system is to enable enterprises of staff training systematic, standardized and automated, thus training to enhance their management efficiency purposes. Staff training management system should make full use of the existing resources, improve the system development and application of the level of the purpose of staff training in line with company management, staff training to meet the company's day-to-day operational needs and to operate the process intuitive, convenient, use, Security requirements;System is modular in design process, not only for composition and modified system, for the technical maintenance staff added that the maintenance;A database of maintenance features, timely data in accordance with the needs of users add, delete, modify, backup work. So the design from the practical point of view, the customer contact center system designed on the basis of a more complete enterprise staff training system.This paper conducted the following aspects:1,Firstly introduc the development process of J2EE and the customer contact center, and then analyze the J2EE platform through several aspects such as the level, application components, structure, strengths, core technology and the development trend. Finally, study the J2EE frameworks.2,Brief Description the customer contact center integrated management system Unicall, and the the related modules involved in the process of developing of training systems.3,Analyze requirement, analyze use case, design the framework and implement the system.
