According to the analyses of multi-tier framework based on J2EE and combing with "The Unicall Customer Contact Call Center Elearning Project", the author systemicly expatiates the principal method and development flow of building enterprise information system based on J2EE framework.At the first part of the paper, the author introduces the background of the research project and its current environment, then leads Unicall customer contact platform and customer contact center applications architecture. That is, J2EE framework and the integration of Hibernate, Spring framework and Webwork. By analysising each architecture, the author leads to the main point of the paper, the architecture based on Webwork+Spring+Hibemate framework in J2EE architecture. The author analysese achtechnique. In the logical tier, the author select Spring as its framework, as a comprehensive and modular framework with tiered architecture, make developer user either part of the framework. In the data persistence tier, the author uses Hibernate framework based on O/R Mapping, this famework provides light persistence framework in J2EE platform, the one one mapping relation and the object-oriented query language and the recovery mechanism. For the Hibernate framework, developers can greatly reduce the work of operate database and make developers freely use the object-oriented method to operate database.The author then introduced the product structure of the Unicall customer contact platform, analyzed the structure of the design concept based on customer contact platform Unicall the training system of secondary development laid the foundation.After analysised the needs of the training system based on Unicall customer contact platform, the author conducted a detailed system design and discussed the design analysis and the actual development of the project in J2EE framework.
