The traditional training pattern's property is high cost and low efficiency. Along with each kind of tranining type unceasing increase and the training request unceasing enhancement, as well as the IT and internet technology unceasingly develop, the enterprises and organizations work load is more and more big. We urgently need realize the automation and the network training system. Via the training network, students can break through the limitation of traditional education resources and the education method. At the same time, eLearning system lightens teacher's burden, enhances the teaching efficiency and the quality, and fast analyzes test data. Therefore, eLearning has the important theory significance and the practical significance.Electronic training system may has some disadvantage: presentation logic,business logic and data logic mix up together, high coupling and poor reusability. Using WebWork,Spring,Hibernate frameworks and combining with J2EE architecture, we design and implement a training system. This system separates presentation logic,business logic and data logic, implements loose coupled of the structure, improves system's reusability, maintainability, and expansibility. This system better meets the needs of training, improves the scientificalness and accuracy in examination assessment.This paper describes the process of design and implementation of the training system in details. It consists of six chapters: the first chapter introduces the background and main research of this topic etc. the second chapter simply introduces the correlative theory and technology of the system. The third and 4th describes the requirement analysis the function division and the design of the system. The 5th uses a function to show the implementation of WebWork,Spring and Hibernate framework in real application. The 6th chapter summarizes the work of topic research and point out the system further direction of improvement.
