| Alone with the advancement of mobile network and mobile software technology, Mobile Application System has become a new field of software development. Based on the result of analysis about mobile network, mobile developing technology and current spreading of Mobile Applications in various industries, this paper discusses the necessity and practicality of the Mobile Application System. Necessary basic concepts, technological features and key developing technologies including J2ME and BREW are also covered with essential details in the following parts of this paper.This paper takes a deep view into an actual project named as Mobile Service Platform (MSP), which has typical characters of Mobile Application System. Focusing on MSP's design and implementation, the discussion in this paper covers various domains including requirements description, system analysis, software architecture, detailed design and practical coding. Project's goals and designing principles are given firstly with the remarkable features of Mobile Application System in MSP. After that, the platform's overall solution, network and modules are elaborated one by one. At last, this paper picks up one of the subsystems of MSP, which offers downloading services to mobile client, to emphasize particular items in requirement definition, workflow plan, database development and client programming.Some matters need to pay more attention in mobile software's development are given in the bottom of the paper. |
