Along with the establishment of Community Manager System of China Netcom, Jining, the Community Marketing Supporting System, as a compusterized operation supporting system needed by the process of the reforming, came into being. This thesis is going to describe how the system was localizing designed, laid out and developed, and discuss the technologies involved such as software design and database.In this thesis, based on the requirement of software engineering, the demand analysis, systematic design, implement and test of the whole system will be covered respectively and conclusions will be reached. As the chief principal in the implement of the system, I contributed a lot to the layout and investigation. The system is base on B/S architect, and using Oracle 10g database. The whole marketing system underwent a massive change, this system reformed all the business data based on the original business supporting systems, and realized the distribution to the community managers of the business data, such as the arrearage and the earning, generating all the assess report and customer list, and ensured the smooth running of the company's business.As the consummating work kept being done, the system has become one of the most important systems of China Netcom, Jining, being an integrated system that deals with all the earning sources and displays in the form of statistics reports and customer lists, and offers strong support to the business of the company.
