Henan Netcom NGN Network Design And Construction

NGN technology has become a recognized goal of the evolution of the network, through years of testing by different manufacturers and business test, NGN technology and equipment has become mature and improved the basic agreement, with a large-scale promotion ahead. Henan Netcom as a traditional fixed-line operator, has a huge network, complex models, aging equipment and many other problems, and can not provide new business. While users' demand of personalized communication services keeps increasing, which requires the fixed network operator to restructure the network, transform the existing PSTN networks, so as to adapt them to new business development needs, and to use new technologies to increase revenue and better serve our customers.Therefore, this paper focuses on the theoretical development of the NGN proceed, studies NGN network principles, and tries to understand the current network status and business needs with the actual situation in Henan Netcom, and then puts forward NGN network construction of the overall program of seven cities, at last gives detailed discussion of Henan Netcom NGN network structure, equipment configuration, NGN interoperability with other networks, routing planning, calculations of links and bandwidth, and network security.This paper is a closely integrated restructuring program according to NGN theoretical knowledge and practical production of network transformation, which will be a solid foundation for the implementation of the restructuring of Henan Netcom's network and the PSTN network's restructuring, so as to provide good reference basis for the development of enterprises and strong network support.
