Automatic paper-checking can be attained with existing examination software, but teachers can' t renew the resource of exercises with it.A new automatic paper-checking system is introduced in this paper, which realize the matter that the test-questions are given by teachers freely and checking automatically after students' practice. Take Excel as an example, this paper analyzes and concludes the test-questions patterns, composes the paper-checking codes and forms the standard, and contrasts with the VBA attribute date of students operating files.The design and realization of office automatic paper-checking system overcomes the shortage of traditional examination. It makes examinations without paper true. With this system new test-questions can be added at any time, teachers needn' t compose new checking-paper codes.
