Multi-support rotor-bearing system is one of crucial parts of large-scale rotary machine. The change of bearing load on rotor -bearing system would bring on great vibration and disastrous accidents. The fault can be diagnosed and accident can be avoided on large-scale rotary machine by the way of motoring bearing load on rotor -bearing system. Multi-dimensional bearing load cell reflects the bearing load by the deformation of the elastomer, so the design of elastomer is the crucial technology of the construct design of the load cell. The construct of elastomer directly determine the sensitivity, rigidity, and dynamic performance.Aiming at the importance of the elastomer, based on the ANSYS, the thesis has realized the structure optimization design of the elastomer of two-dimensional bearing load cell. Firstly, the mechanics model was confirmed by the calibration data. Then the sensitivity analysis was making by Pro/E. According to the result of sensitivity analysis, the mechanics model, optimization parameter model and optimization mathematics model of were built in ANSYS. Because bearing load of two directions is measured by two-dimensional cell, the elastomer construct will be optimized from two directions. Finally, the optimization results of two directions were synthetically analyzed and the optimal construct of two-dimensional cell was got.In the thesis the elastomer of three-dimensional bearing load cell was designed. The construct of three-dimensional cell was proved rational by means of finite analysis. Sensitivity analysis was made on three-dimensional cell in Pro/E and the optimization design parameters were got. The optimization programme was analyzed. Aiming at special requirements of experimental bench and fabrication technology, the initial design is confirmed the optimal construct.At last the numerical simulation was made on the relation between input and output of the optimal design model of two-dimensional cell and the initial design model of three-dimensional cell. The simulation result shows that the linearity of multi-dimensional bearing load cell is fine and the multi-dimensional cell can be used on the Multi-support rotor -bearing load identification experimental bench.
