The disk resonator gyroscopes(DRGs)have developed rapidly in recent years and become an important direction for high-performance micro-gyro in the future.However,the current research reports on DRG focus on the overall design,precision trimming and signal processing.The research on the internal relationship and comprehensive optimization between mechanical sensitivity and shock resistance of gyroscope itself has rarely been reported.Due to the potential of the DRG to achieve navigation level accuracy,the improvement of gyro mechanical sensitivity is inevitable.With the increasingly important application value in military aviation and other fields,certain requirements in the shock resistance of the DRG have also been put forward.Changing the structural design of the DRG can cause great changes in the performance of the gyro,including changes in mechanical sensitivity and shock resistance.Therefore,the basic structure parameters of the DRG are used to optimize the mechanical sensitivity and shock resistance.Aiming at the mechanical sensitivity and shock resistance of DRG,the structure parameters of gyroscope are optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization and simulation.Due to the mechanical sensitivity and shock resistance are contradictory,the performance of one side will be lost when the other side is improved.So the Pareto frontier is introduced on this basis to get a balanced solution.Finally,the gyro prototype is processed according to the optimized results,and the performance of gyro prototype is tested.The final zero offset stability of the prototype is 0.62o/h,the angle random walk coefficient is 0.038o/?h,and the minimum shock force is 7000 G.The prototype has achieved a better overall performance.
