With the development of information technology and the improvement of Network Infrastructure, Digital Education has been faced with two primary problems: messy and low-sharing. Though there are some educational resources websites which are owned by institutions or units, they can't meet the development of Digital Education with providing a limited number and formats of educational resources, so we need to build an effective platform to centralize and manage various kinds of digital educational resources for the development of Digital Education.As an industry and a method of communication and transaction, E-commerce based on the internet has been grown rapidly, and influences the every walk of life. Without space-time limitation, the Service Pattern of E-commerce can meet all kinds of users' information requirements conveniently and timely. If we bring the Service Pattern of E-commerce into traditional educational resources websites, provide a optimization of resources organization and management by the Service Pattern of E-commerce, and offer user better services, I believe that it can solve problems of Digital Education.Therefore, the paper put forward a service model which combines the Service Pattern of E-commerce and the Service Pattern of E-commerce of traditional resources websites.The paper introduces the background of Digital educational resources supermarket and relevant theoretical and technology knowledge firstly; then focuses on the service model of system, describes the service discovery of system based on SOA services modeling method in detail, and analyses relationships and realizations between Service Factors and Service Strategies in the abstract, designs a Service Model based on the Service Pattern. In order to prove its technical feasibility, the author discusses system architecture and system design detailly in the fourth part. Finally, the paper implements the system based on web2.0, J2EE and Oracle 10g database; and explains the implementation of some key service functions in detail.
