With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual improvement of network infrastructure, information technology of higher education has entered the fast lane, laying a solid foundation for the full implementation of the digital education. However, the problems of conducting digital education is increasingly prominent, foremost of which is building digital resources, such as single resource in isolated messy, shared at relatively low level, and not started push service. Although there are some educational resources sites, but these sites built by the organizations or the collection through integration of various means and resources are still limited in number and a single form, which can not solve the problems faced by the resource construction. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an effective integration of digital education resources platform which will centralize all information resources managed integrated, shared in real time through the network.Aiming at resolving essential problems such as cluttered resources and low degree of sharing, this system builds a resource integration supermarket platform by taking full advantages of resources held by numerous resource-users, and analyzes the personality, habit and preference of users via collaborative filtering, and delivers precisely to the user the resources that the user shall probably be interested to reach the goal of co-construction and sharing as the inherent feature of resource is "from the masses, to the masses".This article starts from the research background of digital education resource supermarket in colleges and universities and related theories and technologies in system realization, focuses on the service mode of the system and designs the relevant service mode. At last but not the least, on basis of C#and SQL Server data base, this article sets up a prototype system of digital education resource supermarket in colleges and universitie, in which the resource delivery service varies with each user, and describes in details how to realize such a system.
