Research And Application Of E-Government Systems Based On The J2EE Framework

With the rapid development and application of the computer and network,information system has influented the evey trade.The flourishing E-Government is a result of the development of it.The electronic government affairs construct to speed up the transform the government functions,improves the work quality and the efficiency,the enhancement all levels of government affairs department's management ability,the decision power,the emergency handling ability and the public serviceability,the promotion society inspector generals,the implementation becoming an information based society impetus industrialization developmental strategy has the extremely vital significance.However,with the rapid development of J2EE technique,it is accepted by international market because of its reliability and extensiveness,and becomes mainstreams of web development.E-Government system as part of internet,its security and reliability are the cornerstone of consideration.Adopting J2EE technique could provide highly security and various choices,so the technique rapidly develops in E-Government application.This paper is based on the project of HuBei Province E-Government,which researches and accomplishes the E-Government in detail.At first,It introduces the progress and actuality of national and international E-Government,based on the analysis of the specialty of the E-Government application.then,it begins with introducing the J2EE,the paper presents the system structure and interrelated technique of J2EE,the design pattern-MVC,he theory and the key points of the Struts.And,it analyses universality and characteristic of two techniques and puts forward the result.In the realization of system,the paper introduces the design as a whole of administrative licensing managed system of HuBei Province.And it makes a design in detail of one module,which is illustrated with the n-tiers of J2EE and Struts.It must incarnate the traits and advantages of the E-Government based on J2EE.Finally,introduce information interchange and security of the electronic supervise of HuBei Province. The author aims to present a relatively integrated technical construction and business construction of E-Government,introduce information interchange in the E-Government systems.
