To use the method of frequency conversion timing, can rise the speed of TPAM(Three Phases Asynchronous Motor) obviously and exactly, so does the range of speed, which can ensure that TPAM could be running at a power-saving speed. With the development of control method for TPAM, large number of fresh frequency conversion system has being brought up continuously. For the importance of the frequency converter, the topic was decided, which also owned value of research and practice.Many subjects has been referred in this paper, including Auto-Control, Electric Automation, Electronic, Computer, Artificial Intelligence, and was used to design the modules of frequency converter. Finally, the designing task was finished successfully.The design was divided into two parts, including part of hardware and software. The former design was based on the core of DSP (Digital Signal Processor) chip that came from TI Corporation. The Fuji IPM was used to be the drive circuit. All parts were completely , including commuting, adverse , start-up and halt circuits. The later design is completed with the C. and Compile Language. At whiles, the two kinds of language was combined to design the main program and the subprogram. Control modules subprogram, communication subprogram and interrupt service subprogram, all of these have been accomplished. Especially, the Magnetic Field Orientation technique was adopted, so that the parameters of stator magnetic current and torque were separated, and rose the speed capability of TPAM obviously.In this design paper, the DTC (Direct Torque Control) has been researched deeply, and was ameliorated on the basis of PI Fuzzy Control Theory. Besides, the newly-coming arithmetic of EKF (Expended Karlman Filter) was applied with in felicity, realizing the estimate with no feedback parameter. So the system held large quantity of excellent dynamic and anti- disturb capacities. The adaptive control was realized in correspondence. By building up the equivalent math model, simulating the torque control and analyzing the speed of TPAM, simulated and observed the output wave. During the research of the system, the vector coordinate transform and the coming into being of SPWM space vector was researched specially. The emulator result indicated that the system had rapid and exact reaction, and the capacity of anti-disturb is very good. So the property of the design was proved with science.
