Research And Implementation Of Integrated Management Portal Of Network Situation

The development of current network management is towards to distributed network management, WSDM-based network management is a new way and stage of network management. which solved the shortcomings of SNMP in the scale and efficiency.Integrated Network Management System is to implement network management platform which is based on WSDM, portal is the display platform and integration platform in Integrated Network Management System. Common portal is builded with a lot of pages,it's inconvenient to integrate subsystems. So the idea of developing the Portal with Portlet was proposed. The main work in this thesis are as follows.●With SOA and WSDM,the platform of the integrated network management system is designed and implemented.●Base on the platform of the integrated network management system, combining open source Portal Jetspeed-2, the idea of developing the Portal with Portlet was proposed and implemented. The situation information of each subsystem is show as service deployed in the portlet page.●According to the needs of the Portal, the model that transform the Struts applications into the Portlet was proposed and implemented.●According to the needs of Portal and using MVC design pattern, based on the Struts framework to achieve the network topology display system.●With the model that transform the Struts applications into the Portlet, network topology display system was migrated to the Portal as a Portlet.
