The coaxial microwave revolving joint is an important microwave part to carry out antenna scaning (or pointing) on spacecraft. Its advantages are small in volume and easy realizing in mang channels transfering, etc. It is a necessarily product for spacecraft of deep space detecting and satellite with unrevolving antenna. Being limited by choke on frequency strip width and power capacity, the coaxial microwave revolving joint application scope be restricted in a certain extent.This paper studies on characteristic of the coaxial microwave revolving joint. With transmission line theories applying microwave network principles, formulas are set up for equivalent electrocircuit analysis on revolving point. 3D simulational analysis be carried out for some possible combination of choke in coaxial microwave revolving joint, using time area limited integral calculus software. Inserting waste and standing wave frequency strip width are analysed, method be gived out for broad band choke on structure designing. Expatiation be gived out on factors, low air pressure discharge and tiny discharge, witch effect power of coaxial microwave revolving joint. Principles be gived out for coaxial microwave revolving joint power designing and manufacturing process of spacecraft. Overview be carried out on researching microwave revolving joint. Test be carried out on a spacecraft coaxial microwave revolving joint. The test result indicate that the priciples for broad band chock on structure designing and power designing are correct. The analysis result consist with the test result. In the end, application of spacecraft in the future be stated.The principles and methods gived out in this paper can be applied in researching and manufacturing of spacecraft coaxial microwave revolving joint.
