With the high development of science and technology, the filament induced in air with high power ultrashort laser pulse and a series of non-linear phenomena have been the focal point of academic research all over the world. Femtosecond laser induced filament technology involved in a wide field and its application prospect is full of infinite vitality. Therefore, In order to further deepen the understanding of filament technology, we have make a preliminary analysis of the development present situation, characteristics and mechanism of femtosecond laser induced filament. Then we elaborated expound measurement method of the femtosecond laser induced filaments transporting in air. In the aspect of experiment in this paper, we have a deep analysis of the influence of 400 nm and 800 nm laser pulse sequence and the delay time on femtosecond laser filaments induced high voltage discharge. We illustrate the discharge threshold change rule in the experiment and giving the reasons for this change. In this article, we also study the discharge ability of different proportions laser pulse. And then analysis the change law of the filament discharge ability when the hybrid laser proportion is changed.
