The Research Of The DBMS Generator Based On The Component

Along with the development of informative society, there's increasing demand for the database technology and its application. To satisfy the information management needs, people have paid more and more attention to the application and the development of DBMS.The paper has studied DBMS automation development tool. On the foundation of SSG (Software System Generator) and CBD (Component Based Software Development) technical research, we have made a kind of model of DBMS generator that based on component. The model has solved the DBMS development problem of specific domain. The model of generator is named DOMDG (Domain-Oriented Mini DBMS Generator).By studying working principle, system construction, and histology of DOMDG, We have given corresponding BNF definition of DOMDG and established form model of DOMDG. According to the model, we have developed an example of reductionism DOMDG generator. With the example, we can generate a simple ORDBMS.Comparing with the DBMS generator model of earlier stage, this DOMDG model has higher reliability, and is easier to be expanded and maintained, and the scope of its application is much broader.The major innovations of the subject are:(1) On the improvement of the model of system construction of traditional DBMS, this study has put forward a new model with control mach as center.(2) The concept of control mach put forward by this study has changed the traditional way of interactive processing between DBMS function modules, thus achieving rather have better expansibility.(3) It has also put forward a three-channel mechanism, which changes the unitary data transmission way in software system, and facilitates the system management and usage.(4) For the first time, this study has defined four kinds of component relations in DOMDG, such as polymorphism-component, brother-component, component-link and component-rank.
