Earthquake is one of the most catastrophic natural disasters which does harm to human's existence. China is one of the countries suffering most disastrous and fierce earthquake activities. To prevent earthquakes and abate the disasters is the important part of national public safety , is important fundamental and non-profit project, and affects people's life property safety and economic society's sustainable development. Accelerating earthquake-preventing and disaster-abating project development, investigating a new, highly effective rescuing technology method and correlative equipments make significant sense for building up harmonious and affluent society.In this paper, we bring forward a technique of designing and producing an implement of the rescuing system which can be used in the rescuing process after the earthquake and is designed according to the lack of easy-operate and efficiency rescuing implement in our country. And further more , we supply the schema of the system and the detail electric circuit design. We design the schema of system according to guide line that making a practicality, reliability and inexpensive implement. We realize interface of operator for the system with MCU as the logic controller, for data processing with FPGA.The current design of the implement is based on the previous design named "the implement of detecting system based on sounding/quivering ". Then , we put forward a representative practicability subject based on the demand of rescue after disaster after we went on with much experiment. The studying theory is that it collects the signals such as striking, moving , helping, and so on which are making by the wrecked man via the sensor. Then the system process the signal by magnifying, filtering and some other processing. The processed signal will be transferred to receiver by wireless communication form. And then ,the processed signal will be divided into two signal, one to the way of headphone monitor, another to the way LED, this signal will be displayed on the LED. These ways make that succors can make sure the location of the survivor faster. The purpose of producing this implement is making it more portable, less cost of power, more convenience, fitting the requirement of salving situation, by contrast with the old device, the new one is more excellent in these ways: substitute wireless communication for common communication which effectively cost down the size and the power consume of system; add more monitor channel so as to increase the efficiency of succor base on the requirement of earthquake rescue fieldwork.
