Study About Design Of Material Agent Based On Intelligent Inventory

Inventory is one of the most important parts of logistics, is studied and discussed as a special subject. With the continuous development and improvement of automation technology and information technology, storage develops from primitive manual operation to modern intelligent warehousing. And purchase and management of materials is a problem, which is taken into account by the corporations. At present, there is E-business and it can promulgate information, pay and manage in the internet, which makes trade automation and half-automation come true. Thus it makes the time of business shorten and cost of business reduced in a way. However, in the process of the trade buyers must access the web and enjoy the service in this way, which is the passive style of selling. On the other hand, negotiating and corresponding isn't disposed automated about the problem of price, lacking intelligence. Moreover, prices that the buyers offer can't satisfy themselves, and it isn't conducive to competition among businesses. In addition, users need to spend a lot of manpower,material resource and money in making a decision. Though there are a mass of materials management software applied by lots of enterprises, a lot of work need people to operate,manual entry,search,modify and so on. But also among the various departments related materials can't get timely information updated, what increases departments'workload. Therefore, the research on purchasing and managing materials system will be on the important significance.Based on an important branch of artificial intelligence by the Agent with the intelligence,initiative,interaction,reaction and collaborative features, we will apply it to purchase and manage , which make them collaborate and complete most of work in the absence of people direct intervening. It can search and collect information, also negotiate about the business with other stuff or supplying people on it's own instead of administrators. At the same time, it will also use RFID technology to collect real-time data and use WSN to achieve real-time data transmission. We will complete some main work as following:Firstly, it constructs intelligent storage control platforms supported by RFID and WSN technologies. It will use RFID technology to recognize targets of goods and vehicles; WSN timely realize intelligent information of storage environment. Data collected by RFID is transmitted wirelessly, thus the whole process of production from producing to selling can be seen. Not only it can avoid losing of goods , and also it can get some useful information about a certain good's sales cycle and sales pace. So it can supply commodities timely and reduce the loss for supply shortage.Secondly, it applies Agent technology to intelligent storage, which makes the purchasing and managing intelligent. And there will be a platform, JADE which is made of developing Multi-Agent system.
