With the military procurement information and the development of information resources need to be addressed also will be rapid growth in military procurement process more complex, how to use computers on the procurement process for automatic and effective organization and management, become an urgent military procurement need to address the significant practical problems. Workflow technology can provide to support the business process automation, in recent years has been extensive research and development, integration has become a complex enterprise information environment, business processes to achieve the necessary tools to run automatically. Therefore, this work flow from the technical point of view to study the military procurement System, hope for the procurement of military information to provide new ideas.According to military procurement-related legal provisions of the ordinance, give out the overall military procurement WF-net business model. The model has a universal. Military procurement from region to region and different organizations have different and therefore this paper layered Petri Net technology will be the overall business processes according to levels of refinement and decomposition, the formation of bidding and purchasing system and emergency procurement system. This method can hide sub-network of internal structure and a detailed description, so that the whole model has a good level of the structure.In the nature of the analysis, using a net reduction of system rules, complex network system after the reduction of the analysis of simple methods to verify the military procurement system WF-net model is correct.
