In 21st century, an Information Age centered on network, network has been developing into the lifeline of the information society and the essential of the development of global economy. The merging of three networks, including cable TV network, telecom network and computer network, is being advanced in order to make it possible to communicate between telecom network and computer network, thus sharing the resources. To serving the coming IT Mobile Age, Android has established the platform to realize the communications between the two networks. The software exploration based on this is bound to be another tide in this field.In this article, there is a brief introduction of the currently applied systems like PalmOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile and Linux, detailed analyses of Android configuration and component models. The functions of Activity,Intent Receiver, Service, Content Provider are introduced respectively and the detailed analyses of Intent system as well. In the end, with the aid of Android platform, MSN communications can be actually realized between telecom network and computer network.As illustrated in this article, communications realized between telecom network and computer network is rooted from the development of Android. The system consists of five Activities (Account Editor, Account Login, Account Logout, Account Status and Send Message) and four Services (MSN Service, MSN Action Adapter, MSN Service and MSN Service Constants), including such three modules as account listing, account operation and MSN communications. Account listing makes it possible to edit, delete and maintain the account. In account operation, the following functions can be performed, that is, log in, name listing, status inquiry and log out. MSN communications make real the communications between the computer network users. In a word, this system embodies lots of features, such as clear configuration, easy operation and good expansibility and maintainability.This article starts with the aim and significance of the system exploration, with detailed analyses of some key techniques in system designing and realizing. Secondly, it introduces the system outline, followed by detailed accounts of demand analyses, general operation descriptions and structure designs. Thirdly, it highlights the working process from account listing, account operation to MSN communications modules, and the realization of algorithm. Lastly, it makes conclusions and shows expectations to further study in this field.
