Financial risk management system is a financial system containing funds investment and risk management, its main function is taking the monitoring and management for the investments occurring in this financial market, it makes the investments accord with the investor investment policies and ensures the investor profits. How to make a good selection for a proper system application framework and take a serious consideration on the system performance in the system designing and implementation has been a great challenge in the financial risk management solutions area.This paper takes the research on the designing and implementation of a financial risk management system based on the ofbiz application framework, it focuses on the implementation of the mass monitoring module which is the kernel system module, and it also gives the performance optimization solutions for the module designing.The system consists of five subsystems named investment monitoring, performance evaluation, risk analysis, synthesis report, and synthesis management. Among them, investment monitoring subsystem is the kernel subsystem in this system it provides the investment monitoring service for different assets, different investment funds.The author takes part in the development and implementation of the investment monitoring subsystem, as the mass monitoring module is responsible for monitoring whether the investments of all investment funds follow the investment policies, the designing and implementation of the mass monitoring module is the author main job content. At the same time, in order to make the monitoring running in time and make a great insurance for the investor profits, the author gives performance optimization solution in the module designing. This solution is based on the performance anti-patterns theory in software performance engineering, and also considers the software and hardware environment. It focuses on the concurrent running of mass monitoring module, and the optimization for database access in monitoring units. The system test results show the solution improves the system performance well and has abig practical meaning.
