Study On The Feedback Mechanism Of Government Communication

Feedback is an important concept in Cybernetics, which means after the output of information, the result would return the control system, and influence the reexport of the information . Through changes in its circulation, the information in the control system fulfill its control. The founder of Cybernetics Nobert Wiener said , the control principal is not only suitabla for the Panama Canal sluice, but also the country, army and individuals……The problem of social feedback has enormous sociological and anthropological significance.As an important communication resource, feedback plays an unique adjustment role. But in practice, feedback is a weak tache . The communicators don't attach importance to explore the feedback resources , and which play a limited role.The dissertation is the research about the problems of the feedback of government communication .In order to have more pertinence , the author chooses the NGOs, one of the feedback channels by which the public participate in public dicisions, to study the relevant problems. Accordingly, the author provides some appropriate countermeasures .The dissertation contains four chapters. Chapter one is the introduction, which is also the basis of the paper. In this chapter, the author defines some essential concepts of the dissertation, looks back to the bypast relevant research literatures and gives a brief introduction of the theories and methodology used in the paper.Chapter 2, the summary of the feedback of government communication. This part gives a theoretical analysis of some basic problems of the feedback of government communication, such as the characteristics of the feedback of government communication, the restraining factors of the feedback of government communication. And based on the 5W model of communication theories , the author studies the status quo of the feedback of Chinese government communication from the angles of the feedback bodies, channels, objects ,etc.Part 3 ,NGOs, the feedback mechanism of government communication, is the principal part of this paper. After giving a brief introduction of the concept, history and status quo of NGOs, this part analyzes emphatically the role NGOs play and the existing problems in the process of the public participating in the public decision-making. And directing the problems, the author provides some appropriate suggestions. Besides that , this part also introduces the overseas actuality of NGOs participating public decision-making brieftly, and makes a simple comparision from the perspective of culture. Finally , the author analyzes the status and effect of NGOs participating public decisions-making in the construction of harmonious society.Part 4, case. From elaborate analysis of a concrete case of NGOs participating in public decision-making, this part tries to provide actual evidence of the relevant problems of NGO participating in public decision-making. Also, the author hopes through the introduction and analysis of a concrete case , the introduction and analysis of correlational theory in front part of the dissertation won't be empty.
