| The research topic involved in this paper comes from the second term natural gas transmission project of YanAn city. The design process of the control system of gate station is mainly discussed, and some key technical problems are resolved.Firstly, the article introduces technology characteristics of the natural gas transmission project, and the requirements of the control system are mainly introduced. According to these requirements, a summary of all the signals is brought up. Then a scheme of hardware composition for the control system is bring up, and some PLC components are introduced. This article takes the software design of the control system as the key point. The software design includes the PLC control programs and monitor programs of WinCC. In the introduction of software design, an integral design is discussed, and some key code, such as the realization of MODBUS protocol and some VBS scripts, are presented.In the chapter about the resolution of key technical problems, three problems, time synchronization, the principle and application of ultrasonic flowmeter and software redundancy are resolved.Finally, a detailed summary on the scene debugging process is made. Practice proves that the system comes to expectant control requirements, and runs well. |
