| As the first mobile communication standard with independent intelligence property right, TD-SCDMA has became one of the mainstream 3G mobile communication systems such as WCDMA, CDMA2000 and WiMAX. This paper first introduces the implementation of the physical layer transport technology of the Uu interface in the TD-SCDMA system, which includes data processing flow, frame structure and procedure of the physical layer, in which it emphasizes on the processing of pulse shaping filter, DUC/DDC and synchronization. Then it is followed with the design methods for FIR filter, CIC filter, NCO, synchronization module, and their implementations on FPGA, as well as the implementation of the interface between DSP and FPGA. Finally it presented the measured performance of IF transmitter on FPGA and the performance analysis of synchronization and interface between DSP and FPGA, as well as some improvement suggestion. |
