Since the TD-SCDMA is accepted by the ITU as the third generation mobile communication standard in May 2000,the technology of TD-SCDMA have got high value of our government and the industry field. After briefly introduction of the TD-SCDMA wireless communication protocol, this paper gives a detailed description of the frame's transmission and processing technology of Physical Layer on TD-SCDMA wireless interface, which is based on CCS software platform and hardware platform with TMS320C6416 and TMS320C6414 as the core. It designs concrete scheme to realize from software and hardware. The DSP1 called TMS320C6416 completes bit processing such as Channel Coding,interleaving and TrCH Multiplexing, and the DSP2 called TMS320C6414 completes code processing such as QPSK,modulation and spreading. Subsequently, this paper introduces the design and realization of the interface s between PC and ARM,ARM and DSP,two DSP,DSP and FPGA to support time-division and full-duplex correspondence between equal entity on physical layer. Finally, two boards can correspond to each other and this paper lists out the software imitation and practical result on system performance, which is accorded with protocol standard.
