| In recent years, with the Information constructions in public securitydepartments deepening gradually and various Management InformationSystems being on use, cases reconnaissance departments have accumulated a lot of digital information. However, in many times, the applications of dataare only simple inquiries, stat., and data exchanges, unable to provide ahigher level of decision-making-support services. Reconnaissance alwaysfaces various unexpected cases. Lacking of experience makes them feelpuzzled to figure out accurate, real-time decision-making, nor can they useexisting resources to make decisions, thus they lose nice chances when facing the single clue. How to make good use of public security information systems? How can existing abundant investigations help auxiliary personnel to sort out reconnaissance ideas, to define the scopes of surveillance, to clear directions, and to make work easier? This is such a big challenge and so tremendouslyvaluable to important subjects.This paper focuses on criminal cases of public security, analyzing current situation and existing problems when policemen dealing with suddencriminal cases. As a fact, reconnaissance investigations demand rapid aidinganalysis to the spot and decision-making on criminal cases. This paper triesto use XML and data mining technologies on criminal cases, to use CBR technologybased on multi-lib on sudden analysis and decision-making. We will bringforward a WEB-based sudden-decision-supporting-system and solve related technical problems.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:1,Study on current forms of case organizations, tries to ameliorate the forms and create indexes on quick search. Through research on theapplication of data mining technology ,we can find out which part canimprove the degree of automation;2,Based on multi-lib the CBR technology is use to figure out howsudden-decision-aiding system is supported in dealing with criminal cases;3,To design frameworks of WEB-based decision-supporting-systems of sudden-case and implement the prototype system on NET platform.This study can be used to conduct criminal cases, and it can also bepromoted to the fields of economic cases, the social security managements,disposals of traffic accidents and so on. It is positive to public analysis fields in optimizing cases by data mining. |
