Design And Realize A Dataware House Supporting Dataming

The technology of Data Warehouse and Data Analysis became to be used commonly. Nearly all managers in every field will use the data in data warehouse to make analysis and support making decision. Data analysis technology includes basic OLAP and data mining. The application of Data mining technology is not very perfect now. In the document, we will introduce the design and realization of DADM——A Data warehouse system for internet company and supporting Data mining.In the system structure, we use three layers: The first is transaction systems and documents; the second is Data warehouse; the last is report tool and data mining tool.In the system function, we hope to analyze and forecast financial data, KPI(Production life-cycle)values, users'fond and the relation between products.In the developing , we use the incremental model: Choose transaction systems; Collect requirement; Make sure the technology of end user layer; Create a data model; Develop data warehouse base on data model and requirement; Return to moodily transaction systems self; Create codes; Test; Train users .Then we start the next increment.The results of DADM project show: The creation of data warehouse needs using sequential and incremental methods to face the rapid changing. The developing of data warehouse is a iterative process, needing to perfect it constantly.
