The ratio value of electrolytical conductance is a basis physical-chemical character. The measure of conductance ratio has always abroad applied such fields as environmental inspection, industrial flow control, medical sanitation, science research and products' quality check. National standard ratio of electrolytical conductance is of import value to every department of industry and agriculture. For instance, the checking to water quality and the assessing to industrial water are the most evident.Conductance instrument is applied very popularly. But the traditional instrument has such shortcoming as many gears, manual compensation, big error. And it has complicated circuits and only can be used in a relative small scope.This paper detailed shows a MCU-used conductance instrument. In the basis of a lot of experiments, we use MCU's strong data process and control functions to manufacture a auto-gear conductance measure instrument. By the fitting curve of Matlab, we realized software compensation, avoiding complex circuit design. This method to data process has considerable advantage, improves the precision of measurement. Tests measured by this instrument testified that it works very well in a wide range, and it achieves auto-gearing, auto-error compensation. The results are displayed in LED. This instrument has a relatively fine precision and simple manual operation. Using RS-485 bus, it can communicate with a PC in a long distance, completing data transfer.
