The whole laser marking system was investigated in the thesis, the theory and sorts of laser marking, composing parts of whole system and working theory were introduced. For the laser source, with acousto-optical Q-switch, pulse laser at 1064nm was obtained by LD end-pumped Nd: YAG crystal. Using LBO as double-frequency crystal, after optimizing the resonator configuration and relative parameters, pulse laser at 532nm was obtained. Laser marking was running with the 1064nm and 532nm output laser got from experiments. Marking effect was analysed, the suitable parameters was chosen and good sample pictures were obtained. |
