This article mainly studies communications platforms of motion, specially Low Earth Orbit platform and airplane communications platform of motion simulation research. The Low Earth Orbit and airplane's communications platform's research is one of free-space optical communication communications research , and realizes to the free-space laser communications system's design has the big reference value.First , based on the optical communication system's characteristic, this research carried on the analysis to the optical communication system's principle and the key technologies, and has analyzed the Low Earth Orbit and the airplane communications platform of motion emphatically. The second, this research has established physics and the mathematical model of optical communication platforms, obtained the link equation, and has carried on the simulation computation based on the link equation. And has realized with the MATLAB language to the LEO - airplane, the LEO– GEO stationary satellite and the airplane and the ground fixed point optical communication ,and the influence of satellite vibration of optical communication.
