Gps Position Information Transmission System contains two parts,they are terminals and GIS manage system.The system designed a smart terminals with the GPS receiver and Ultra-Short Wave transmitter,and a control centre computer GIS system.A real-time locate system can be establishedWith the hardward design and software programming could succeed in picking up GPS positioning data and communicating with the monitor center computers by wireless. The paper programmed the GIS manage system with MapXtreme in C#.net.In the GIS manage system,based on multi-thread the paper presented a modified project,it improved the system's efficiency.The algorithm of map matching used on computer monitor system is analyzed in detail.The positioning data is attempted to process with the method of the D-S evidence reasoning considering the road information of the digital maps,so that the positions of the cars could be guaranteed to display on the roads.The result of emulation and certification shows that the scheme is effective.
