With the development of the free optical communication, the requirements for the performance of optical communication have been improved continuously. The servo system of fine tracking plays a key role in space laser communication. In this paper, the design of the servo system of fine tracking based on DSP was finished by means of TMS320F2812, which was the product of Texas Instruments company and the the main controller in the system servo of fine tracking.First of all, the character of fine tracking was analysed in this paper, and then the servo system of fine tracking was optimize. The most important of the paper was the design of the embedded servo system based on DSP. The system consisted of CCD imaging unit, image processes unit, DSP servo unit and FSM servo unit. The function of DSP servo unit were the process of facula undershoot, the achievement of control compensation arithmetic, the serial communication with image processes unit and the control of FSM servo unit.At last, it has been proved that the ability of real time processes of the system and the miniaturization were feasible.
