The Research And Realization Of Automatic Manufacturing System Based On PLC＆AC Servocontrol

With the development of the flexible manufacture technology, the computer integration manufacture technology and information technology, the automation age is coming. The actualization of automatization manufacture system indicates that human being has come into the epoch of modern civilization manufacture.With the advantage of accurate response,high precision of speed, fargoing range of timing and good capability of speedup and speed-down,AC servocontrol system has been used widely in the control of manufacture automation and has been the mainstream of moving-control in the industrial automation.First,integral structure design of the automation manufacture system is discussed,the characteristics of the AC servocontrol system, gas-pump control and the controllers are elaborated, and the reasons why to choose the AC servocontrol to drive the cent location movement of the automatic controlling worktable, why to choose gas-pump to control the movement, and why to choose PLC to control the overall system are explained. The selections about the hardware (gas-pump apparatus, servo electromotors, drivers and test apparatus and so on) depend on the reasons mentioned above.Second, the A-B PLC controllogix control system is anatomized, the whole design course of the hardware of the control system, the software-supported environment, and modules of some kinds are explained. Then,presents the teaching experiment functions of the automation manufacture system, reasons the move-control of the automation manufacture system based on PLC&AC servocontrol.Finally, a conclusion is given and the direction for the future research is put forword.
