Intelligent Network Techniques And Construction Scheme Of Entire Network Intellectualization At Qingdao

The intelligent network is actually a platform, the core of which is made up of computers and database. Three key techniques in intelligent networks are analyzed with emphases, including control of call management, realization of charge system and security management of intelligent network platform. The characteristics of the solution and the goal of the entire network intellectualization, the current status of the networks, the structure's characteristics and the actual service's demand are illustrated.Then,the construction pattern, the networks construction scheme and the WEB operation plan in Qingdao are given. With the example of HUA WEI Company's TELLIN intelligent network platform, the ability which dealing with intelligent network services is calculated in detail. On the basis of this, the device layout's scheme of intelligent network platform is proposed and the network's modification that must do are analysed.Running for half a year,the proposed system has offered the custumer more stable services, and has provided better social benefits and remarkable economic returns for the enterprise.
