Data Service is the core element of the information system. With the development of the informationization of the troops, a public data platform is badly needed which has good sharing ability, can be easily extended and with standard management, so as to fulfill the requirement of the troops informationization and ensure a healthy development.The drilling share data engineering is studied by using the theory and technology of dataengineering in this paper, Aiming to realize the share of resources for various types of data indrilling surroundings, to provide a quickly surveying and interchanging platform for variousUsers, to keep the present applied system and resources reasonably, to have a better service fordrilling system by cutting down the system expenses.Firstly, the frame of the data sharing engineering system is set up based on the aim and the requirements of it. Each function of logical layer is described by analyzing the characteristics and requirements of the drilling data management. The process of data sharing based on metadata is provided just because metadata play a very important role in data sharing engineering.Based on the applied surrounding in this paper, metadata server logically adopts a structure of tree in the share data engineering system, but physics adopts distributed saving. The adoption of physical distribution instead of the layer catalogue tree structure removes the bottleneck caused by any metadata server visited excessively. Based on a structure of tree logically, the metadata on a catalogue tree can be allotted on the different metadata server . Metadata service provided by the share data engineering seeks for the needed metadata server by a metadata fixed server.This paper points out that metadata allotment and the method of fast survey are one of the key factors which influence the performance of data access in share data engineering system. A kind of method combining lazy Hash with match table is put forward to carry on the allotment and survey of metadata, and the method can alter the problem of metadata's great motion in lazy Hash.Besides, the mechanism of buffer is designed and promoted its performances byestablishing fast position table to improve efficient survey of metadata position serve.
