With the electronic systems getting faster and the modules in integrated circuits getting denser, the designers of High-speed PCB have to deal with more questions concerned on signal integrity and power integrity.Aiming at solving these questions, the author designed the dedicated PCB which was involved in simulations&verifications in this research. And, based on the board, the author performed those researches shown below:Analyzing the general solution of designings and simulatings in high-speed digital system based on basic theories, which provides a good reference for modern engineering design;Considering many kinds of factors and based on theoretic analysis, the author established the scheme of the simulations and verifications on the dedicated PCB;Based on the platform which was mainly consisted of the pcb, the vector network analyzer and the develop tools of high-speed hardwares, the author performed the simulations&verifications of the PCB traces, and also the high-speed channels embedded in FPGA;Based on all the results above, the author summarized a series of constraint rules that can guide partly the development for modern high-speed PCBs, and gained satisfactory results as expected;To conquer the key obstructions occurring in analyzing some phenomena coming out from the results of the above-mentioned experiments, the author of this paper performed a deeper study on the period that the ground-bouncing lasts, brought forward the mathematic analysis, which fits well with the results of those simulations and experiments.Research above provides a detailed and reliable reference for designing modern high-speed PCBs, and shows its essential value on study of future PCB and IC.
