Building Digital Campus is the Higher Education Information in the digital era of the inevitable goal, Is a basic, long-term and regular important work, the level of the building is its colleges and universities overall educational standard, the school image and the important status symbol.The current campus network applications and users up to a considerable scale, network users covers teachers, students, staff, workers, and other various campus groups and the massive external visitors, a first step in a cyber office, online management, on-line teaching and on-line services. However, in the college of information, construction has developed rapidly, there are still some pressing problems.First, in the information building a lack of unified planning and design, the various application systems are mostly from the departments, the development of grass-roots perspective, and implementation of paragraph at different times by different research groups completed artificially cut off the University of the organic links between departments the second is not unified information standards, data formats are all different systems unable to achieve effective data and resource sharing, application integration difficult, complicated issues such as users have formed a network environment "information islands."In this paper, the East China Jiaotong University Polytechnic campus digital campus construction planning and design, in order to achieve all the future of information sharing, resource sharing, the Digital Campus building will always be able to comply with the school's overall development needs and upgrade the level of school construction information for teaching in schools, scientific research, management, and other services.
