Aimed at the weakness of artificial diagnosis and traditional expert system of grape diseases, Web-based grape diseases intelligent decision support system was set up which based on Internet and based on Computer Information Process Technology and Artificial Intelligence theory .The research object was grape diseases prevention and cure and the aim of the system was improving the grape diseases diagnosis ability of people who grew grape and heightening the level of grape diseases prevention and cure. Using 3-layer B/S structure according to J2EE standard to provide planters with decision support and help of long-distance.The main content follows:(1)The system structure was analyzed and researched, the core components of IDSS was confirmed and the implementive way of Problem Synthetic and Interactive System,MB,DB and Inference Engine was analyzed and designed.(2)Through searching a great number of literature,data and the communication and inquiry with experts, the system KB was set up. With respect to the characteristics of research object and system structure and after comparing between database and XML, the data management model which using XML document to transfer data and DB to store data in order to convenient data integration between different structure systems was used.(3)According to the shortage of ANN which can not process nature language and the expression characteristics of grape diseases, combining the fuzzy technology and ANN to express subordinate functions of grape diseases symptoms and similar degree of diseases symptoms and set up 3-layer BP net based grape diseases diagnosis modal which make the system have the ability of diagnosing and reasoning intelligence, and rise the system reliability,fault tolerant ability,antijamming capability and diagnose speed. Simulation result shows that through the reasoning of FANN, the accuracy of diagnosis was more than 90%.(4)Using MATLAB Web Server toolbox of MATLAB to implement the foundation,training and simulation of BP net which have the advantage of both Internet and MATLAB and make the MATLAB utilization in Internet become possible. System provided two grape diseases diagnosis way, default parameter and user-defined parameter diseases diagnosis which improved the flexibility of diagnosis process.
