Traditional decision support systems limit their using scope owing to using core system structure of model drive and the methods of numerical analysis. It is very difficult to decide those uncertainty problems using the methods of numerical analysis, lacking knowledge of relative decision and reasoning mechanism, all above-mentioned things make system lacking thought capability and effective support to high decision.Intelligent decision support systems have become hotspot and main develop direction as an important aspect of manage information system during the tide of global information revolution. Practice indicates that decision support systems can supply more effective support when decision support systems have abundant knowledge and strong knowledge process ability. Intelligent decision support systems of development, building and using have important theory meaning and practical value to improve the ability of knowledge development and use, mend intelligent level of decision and increase application effect of system.We develop genetic algorithm model, fuzzy line program model, fuzzy integrated judge model based on the research of intelligent decision support in the article, and prove the feasibility to use hardware to solve line program problem by math reasoning in theory, we get good result by using practical product data, and we think the models have great application value to solve production optimization. At last, we integrate all models and build an intelligent decision support system on the condition of Web by using the technology of Delphi's Midas.
