Research On Intelligent Sale Decision Support System Based On Artificial Neural Network

Forecasting sales is a very high demand system engineering.Under the environment pressure of the increasingly fierce market competition,the precision of the forecast sales is also getting higher and higher.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,business management information system has accumulated a lot of historical sales data.Generally speaking,these sales data are simply stored in the database of enterprises,participate in simple statistical operations,and have not been paid enough attention.In this paper,the sales forecast is studied in depth.On the basis of the decision support system,the BP neural network is used to predict the sales.The BP neural network algorithm and the decision support system are combined to make it intelligent and can predict the sales situation more accurately.The traditional BP neural network has the characteristics of easy local minimum and slow convergence.The traditional BP neural network model is improved,and the sales prediction BP neural network model is proposed,which improves the training speed of the network,reduces the accuracy of error and has good generalization ability.The related input and output of the network,the selection of the number of neurons in the hidden nodes of the network,the selection and preprocessing of the sample data,the selection of the relevant initial parameters and the use of the activation function are discussed.The model is a three layer BP neural network,which uses the related data in the system database to train the network,and can use sales data to predict the future sales effectively.The intelligent sales system based on artificial neural network is studied,which makes the improved BP neural network and decision support system effectively combine,play the predictive performance of the neural network,provide useful data for the decision support system,and help the system to carry out the related decision assistance.The use of the system for related business processing,the network has a good prediction accuracy,can effectively predict the future sales situation,and help enterprises to make reasonable and effective enterprise decision-making.The corresponding example shows that the sales forecast of the system is very effective.
