The Design And Implement Of Local Revenue Information Analysis System

With the unceasing development and deepening of reform of electronic government affairs, informalizational structure among tax system is becoming more and more popular. How to make further using of tax information and to improve the standard of informational analysis and decision is very urgent and important. But there is almost no a complete and perfect solving plan which is conformity to this managing requirement within the country. It is very necessary to research and develop informational analysis system of tax.The object of this research is information analysis system of ShanDong Local Tax Bureau which is developed on the basis of above background. Based on the development experiences of tax information system and lots of management pattern essences of applied software development this paper makes fully research and investigation in the actual applied fields and analyzes the all kinds of tax information from different aspects and gives general introduction and detailed design about the system. Based on the complete comparison and analysis of present software platform framework and combined J2EE system structure with its applied usage among the instrument this paper states the systematic software structure, systematic function pattern composition and systematic technological route. The adopted method is to analyze and design the software project to seal and pack the service logic and then to operate it in the middle layer to store and draw the data , make logic operation and interface independent, according to final analysis and design to realize all pattern functions of local tax information analysis system.At present ,after operation and application this system nearly meets the requirements. With the further research and application the system will plays an important role in giving instruction and demonstration for construction thought and designing method of concept pattern of Ji Nan Local Tax Bureau and for other tax information system. The system also has informative significance for other tax organs and whole tax profession.
