Interactive control system to achieve the task.Specific implementation, a serial device driver, will be completed some basic characters storage and display;a CF memory card device driver, CF memory card can enable real-time monitoring of data storage and retrieval;a network adapter device driver CS8900, CS8900 Ethernet cards can be sent.receive data packets from the network, and to achieve long-range computer communications.Use the popular MPEG-4 streaming media format for compressed image data compression control.Xvid based on the use of MPEG-4 encoder and decoder for handling streaming media format. It is set to follow the ISO standard MPEG-4 Video Codec (compressor-decompressor)similar Divx and Xvid a Xvid encoder and decoder. so that the monitoring system can monitor access control terminal image.In view of the characteristics of data transmission control system, the use of real-time Transport Protocol agreementRTP packets in the network for the transmission of data packets to the UDP RTP encapsulation,and the achievement of the RTP data packets sent and received. Finally, the entire monitoring system for the test, the test system usability and stability.This paper describes the design and realization based on the video surveillance system set up a complete monitoring system application platform.
