| Today the world transportation quantity of container increase fleetly, the shipping became large-scale. The load and unload efficiency of shipside must increase. In order to accelerate the development of the shipping, we must ameliorate the load and unload technology. How increase the transportation quantity of container? One of the important things is to shorten the stay time of the shipping and the container truck.This paper raise a point of using automatic technology instead of manual work in increasing the security of the port. In this paper, we are major in studying a system which can accomplish Positioning Lifting Instruments In Container Cranes. It is difficult to use automatic technology instead of manual work in increasing the security of the port. At present, it is unpractical to adopt automatic technology in load and unload container completely. This problem is discussed in this paper.Firstly, we are major in studying the SCM data collection and transmission system. The configuration and the circuit of the system will be designed. The system gather and deal with the input signal through the input channels, and complete the mission through the control condition preestablished. The system allow the user to use different power supply, and there are power output port which can provide the sensor with power supply. The communicate port adopt RS-232/RS-485 standard which can connect into the system expediently.Secondly, the scheme of the communication between the SCM and the PC will be discussed. Two kinds of scheme are designed in this paper. One of the scheme is that using RTL8019AS to complete the communication, the other is that using PTR2000 to complete wireless communication.Finally, in the system the ultrasonic will be used. Through check the ultrasonic echo which reflect from the obstacle continually, the time difference between transmitting and receiving the signal cab be measured. Then the distance can be calculated according the speed of the ultrasonic. The orientation data for the Lifting Instruments acquired from the ultrasonic system will be transmitted to the PC through the SCM system. It is feasible to dispose the data with SCM directly. |
