Communication network construction is one of the national infrastructures. The communication business is open to the world after China's entry into WTO which requires us to build the communication network into a safe, reliable and modern network which is applicable to multi-media and ensures the society's sustainable development. Next generation of network—NGN which is the aim of communication network intelligentization turns PSTN which is based on circuit switching into packet switching.This dissertation brings forward an innovative design project for the NGN intelligentization of HarBin's local area network According to the research on the local area network. The essence is to adopt soft switching as the core of NGN technology, build soft switching tandem center, optimize and adjust existing network structure and avoid the differentiation of the terminating office, therefore realizing the central control and management of the whole network business and solving problems triggered by the network. At the same time, we can bring forward value-added business platform rapidly based on NGN network. With the adjust to the existing network and minimum invest, we not only realize the NGN intelligentization reconstruction of the local area network, but also satisfy the demand of the Party Central Committee to construct economy society.The dissertation designs a agile network schema suitable to the local area network and brings forward the overall demands for the network configuration and later construction after analyzing the facility of the local area network and its application situation combined with the reconstruction experience of developed countries. The standard of its combination with 3G network is a consideration of this project. |
