Media can influent the construction of the Public sphere owing to the power of modern technique and its ability of expandition and distancity on space. On the same way, it rule, re-constructed, and expand the Public speech space. Nowadays, the Public speech space of media was one of the independent parts of our society. It approved a public conversation environment for the public to exchange their points of view about a nation'society culture, democratic and politic construction.The construction and development of China'public speech space of media was a production of the democracy process and the inter-need of the society.Based on a thorough investigation of the relevant material, the author made a full discussion of the interactive field, which supports the public involvement. So we point out that China'mass media should expand its public speech space.Otherwise, several scholar believe that the mass media was represented the interest of the mainstream of social'culture. Their reflectors of the world were un-real.
