Personalized Knowledge Recommendation And Its System Based On Tag Technology

With the coming of knowledge economy and information economy, knowledge management has been accepted as a long-term strategy. Personalized knowledge demand is the reason of knowledge management, as well as the result. The purpose of this research is to propose a personalization recommendation algorithm based on Tag technology by analyzing basic principle of Tag technology. Starting with the personalized knowledge demand, the process of personalized classification and collection of knowledge and the process of the search of knowledge and expert are proposed. The objects of personalization recommendation are analyzed, the appropriate recommendation algorithm of knowledge and expert is proposed, and the structure of knowledge management system is researched to realize the comprehensive personalization recommendation service of knowledge management system.Research of knowledge management system and personalization recommendation technology is introduced first, the basic principle and application status of Tag technology is analyzed; the sort and characteristic are discussed, the policy to solve personalized knowledge demand of knowledge management is proposed; To take advantage of Tag, tag technology is added to knowledge management system in a creative way, the process of personalized classification and collection of knowledge based on Tag technology is proposed, the method of searching knowledge and expert by Tag is discussed; the function, objective and object of knowledge mining are analyzed, combining with the characteristics of tag, an improved Apriori algorithm for knowledge recommendation based on association rules is proposed, an extensive performance experiment shows that the proposed approach outperforms classical Apriori algorithm as it can provide a result with a higher coverage rate in a shorter time; the measurement standard of user's interest in a certain field is discussed, a rank algorithm of expert recommendation based on Tag is proposed; at last the three-factor structure of knowledge management is discussed, the principle, points and functions of knowledge management system are analyzed, and a knowledge management system mode based on B/S mode is established.
