The cooled infrared detector in research works at as low as 77K to 80K. Its noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD) is very little, and it has very good light sensitivity. First of all, the overview and parameters were introduced.Nonuniformity correction is an important part of infrared image technology. Some methods about nonuniformity correction were introduced. A utility multi-point algorithm was put forward. This method is more precise and has less error than others.Bad points and lines correction, image enhancement, image filter and image zoom are very important. They were presented in theory and practice.Image process platform is the core of infrared image system. A system based on FPGA+DSP+CPLD+MCU was developed. This platform is full use of resource and optimizes high-speed data pipeline. It is adapt to run kinds of real time image process algorithms and has high performance. The project and module design were described in detail.DSP and FPGA are core devices in an image system. The flow of data process and estimate about speed, resource and bandwidth were presented, especially the optimization about FPGA and DSP multiple system. An advanced study about analog and digital multiple system design was put through. The solution of anti-interference was put forward from schematics and PCB design. The periscope is an integration of light, mechanism and electricity. How to enhance the reliability and stability results in successful production as it works at special ambience. The methods were introduced from theory, manufacture and military verify. They take its source at practices and are of good value.
