In data tier, the language described the storage files of metabolic networks models, the systems biology markup language, and JDBC technology was applied in database connection.To measure the remote computing platform, an example of the energy metabolic network of mitochondria in mammalian myocardia was made. Make the simulation experiment on the model of this energy metabolic network integrating with relevant biochemical reactions information, combining with biochemical theory, together with far remote computing method.
